Heera Roto Compounds Pvt. Ltd. had developed one shot foam master batches for the rotational moulding applications in which a product is desired to be made in a single step. The applications include Tank Lid, boats, pizza boxes, pallets, road barriers and other applications where thermal insulation and rigidity is desired in the rotomoulded product.
The material provided is in coloured foam granules. The powdered component provides the outer structure and the granual component fills the inner hollow structure with PE foam.
